Holiday Coffee Can Pumpkin Bread !








Happy Oct 2 nd and time for Pumpkin Bread  !  This pumpkin bread is baked in coffee cans -so start saving them Now  :   Lisa 

  • 31/2 C flour
  • 2 T cinnamon
  • 2 T nutmeg 
  • 3 C sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp Baking soda
  • 4 Eggs 
  • 11/2 C mashed pumpkin
  • 1/2 C water
  • 1 C oil
  • 3/4 C raisins
  • 1 C chopped pecans


Pre heat oven 350.  Mix dry ingredients add wet and Mix well. Grease & flour 4  coffee can. Fill  about half full and bake for 11/2 hours .

 Great gifts for friends and family.
