Homemade Peanut Butter & Cookies
2 sticks margarine
1 C Sugar
1 C Brown Sugar
1 C peanut Butter
1 t vanilla
2 C Flour
1/2 t salt
1 t baking soda
Pre Heat oven 325 - Bake for 8-10 minutes on greased cookie sheet.
Cream margarine and sugar add Eggs,peanut butter & vanilla. Then blend in dry ingredients .Form small balls and flatten with fork. Makes about 250 bite size cookies .
15 oz shelled peanuts
1 t Salt
1 1.2 t Honey
11.2 T Peanut Oil
Place the peanuts, salt and honey into the bowl of a food processor. Process for 1 minute. Scrape down the sides of the bowl. Place the lid back on and continue to process while slowly drizzling in the oil and process until the mixture is smooth, 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Place the peanut butter in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 months.
