Easy Apple Caramel Dumplings
1 large tart Apple
1 can of Crescent Rolls
1/2 C butter
1/2 t Cinnamon
1/2 t vanilla
3/4 C water
2/3 C brown sugar
3/4 C 7 up soda
Peal and cut apples into wedges. Roll out crescent rolls and place apples slices inside and roll up. Placed in greased baking pan (8x8)
In a small sauce pan heat -water,sugar and cinnamon. Take off stove and add vanilla. Pour over apple dumplings and add soda. Bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes. Lisa
