Chicken with Lemon Sauce
















         Lemon Chicken


Chicken : 

4 Chicken breast ( cleaned & Cut in half is needed & pound lightly)
1/2 C Cornstarch
1/2 t salt & pepper
1/4 C water
4 Egg yolk

3 C oil (for frying)
3 green onions -sliced for garnish.

Mix cornstarch,salt & pepper  in a bowl . Water & Egg yolk in another. Dip in dry than wet and fry until golden brown. Set aside.

Lemon Sauce for chicken :

11/2 C water
1/2 C lemon juice
31/2  T  brown sugar
3 T corstarch
3 T honey
3 T  instant bouillon granules

Mix together in a sauce pan and cook until thicken ( about 5 minutes) Pour over Chicken and garnish with green onions.
