Piccadilly Cafeteria Strawberry Pie
2 pints fresh strawberries/ sliced
5 T cornstarch
11/2 C Sugar
21/2 C Water
1 small box strawberry Jello
1/8 t Salt
2 Cooked Pie Shells
Cool Whip Topping
Mix together cornstarch,sugar & water and cook on Low until clear. Add to sliced strawberries ,and fold in Jello and Salt- Mix. Pour into prepared pie shells . Chill until set. Garnish with whip topping.
