Peaches & Cream Muffins

















 Peaches & Cream Muffin

1 Egg
1/2 C milk
1/4 C vegetable oil
1 1/2 C flour
1/2 C sugar
2 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
1 C fresh or frozen (thawed) peaches  -chopped

In a bowl add wet & dry ingredients and stir till moistened. Add peaches.
 Fill paper lined Muffin Tins -3/4 full with batter 
Cook at 400 degrees for 20=25 minutes. Then Cool
