Go Fish Day * Trout Meuniere
6 speckled trout filet
1 C water
1 C flour
1 T baking powder
1 stick margarine
Season trout with salt & pepper. Melt butter -and batter with egg & water and then dip in dry mixture. Melt margarine Broil fish in margarine very slowly. Until golden brown & remove from pan and serve with sauce below.
1 stick butter
1 T lemon juice
1 T Worcestershire
1 teaspoon white vinegar
Melt Butter and add ingredients. Blend well & Serve over fish.
